We believe that empowering women to build businesses and gain independence is key to social transformation and economic advancement. As the old African proverb goes, “If you educate a man you educate an individual, but if you educate a woman you educate a family (nation).” When women become financially enabled, they can support their families financially. Children can not only continue schooling, they too can come home to confident and independent mothers.
